1.Incomplete decontamination and cleaning of parts: properly removing oil stains and residues on the surface of parts has a key effect on improving the maintenance quality and increasing the service life of tire excavator.

2.Change the engine oil immediately. After the maintenance of small excavator, there are many residues after test run. If the engine oil is not changed after complete cleaning, it is very easy to accidentally burn the shaft.

3.The arbitrary application of anchor bolts is very prominent: in the maintenance of excavator, because the characteristics and quality of anchor bolts do not meet the technical standards, the common faults of anchor bolts are high, and the abuse is very obvious.

4.The application of gaskets is not standard: the types of gaskets used in contemporary old excavator parts are very different. When repairing the excavator, the gasket is not standard or even applied casually, which is likely to lead to leakage and looseness in the middle of accessories, anchor bolts and nuts.
