I. Air filtration and blockage

Clogged air filtration will lead to poor air intake, because the increase of friction resistance will reduce the total gas flow, resulting in insufficient engine driving force. Therefore, the micro excavator should immediately clean the air filter element of the diesel engine or remove the dust on the paper filter element, and replace the filter element when it is serious.

II. Blocked exhaust pipe

The air filter is blocked, and in turn, the blockage of the exhaust pipe will lead to poor air outlet. The higher the specific oxygen content of carbon dioxide, the lower the efficiency of gasoline and diesel and the output of working capacity. Therefore, usually, we should also check the carbon deposit in the exhaust pipe and remove it on time to make the intake pipe and exhaust pipe unblocked.

III. Nonconforming management of fuel supply advance angle

Too large or too small oil supply angle will lead to unstable oil pump time of gasoline pump, and it is impossible to ignite to output all mechanical energy. If it is found that the oil inlet angle provided does not meet the requirements, it is necessary to check whether the connecting screw of the oil pump rotating shaft is loose; If loose, check the advance angle again and tighten the screws.

IV. Damaged piston rod and cylinder liner

Due to the serious collision or damage of piston rod and cylinder liner components, the transmission loss of driving force in the whole process is increased and the mechanical energy output is reduced, resulting in the damage and improvement of automobile engine by mechanical equipment itself. At this time, the piston and rod in the cylinder should be removed and replaced.

V. Abnormal diesel system

1.The gas entering the gasoline filter or pipeline not only endangers the quality of gasoline and diesel, but also leads to poor oil circuit and difficult to catch fire. At this time, the gas in the pipeline shall be discharged and the air filter element shall be removed.

2.The damage of oil pump components leads to small ignition advance angle, oil leakage and poor atomization, which is very easy to cause cylinder shortage. When such common faults are found, the parts must be cleaned and the damaged parts must be replaced.

3.Insufficient oil provided by diesel pump will also lead to low engine displacement. At this time, adjust the oil supplied by the diesel pump again, or check, repair and replace components.

VI. Abnormal lubrication and refrigeration system

The abnormal intake system or refrigeration system will cause the temperature and oil temperature to be too high, which is easy to lead to the combustion of the diesel engine, and then lead to common faults such as the stuck position of the piston rod. Therefore, when the diesel engine is hot, check the lubrication and refrigeration system, including the cooling tower and heat pipe radiator, to remove the scale and carry out maintenance or replacement.

VII. Common faults of cylinder head assembly

1.Due to the leakage of exhaust pipe and the entry of organic waste gas, the air volume is low or the air index is too low, resulting in insufficient ignition of gasoline and diesel, which not only consumes a lot of oil, but also causes incomplete conversion of mechanical energy. At this time, check the mating surface between the cylinder and the cylinder seat, or replace with new parts to improve its air tightness.

2.The tight connection between the cylinder head and the whole body is not tight, which is very easy to cause external steam to enter the water circuit or main oil circuit, or cooling circulating water to enter the interior of the automobile engine. If not found immediately, it will cause “slip” or black smoke from the exhaust pipe, resulting in insufficient driving force of the automobile engine. Therefore, carefully tighten the screws or replace the cylinder head at this time.

3.The valve is too large or the cylinder torsion spring is brittle, which is easy to cause cylinder steam leakage. The reduction of natural gas will cause insufficient ignition of gasoline and diesel and reduce the engine displacement. Therefore, it is necessary to check the cylinder position or replace the fragile cylinder torsion spring.

4.Air leakage in the mounting hole of fuel injection pump or damage of copper pad will lead to lack of cylinder and insufficient driving force of automobile engine. It shall be removed for maintenance and damaged parts shall be replaced. If the seepage temperature is too low, it will lead to the expansion of heat removal damage. At this time, the temperature should be adjusted to reach the required standard value.

In fact, the reasons for the mini excavator truck can be summarized as two reasons: the air inlet and outlet are not smooth. Check each part from the two aspects of air inlet mode and air outlet mode of automobile engine, and distinguish according to whether the sound of each part is normal. Naturally, the most important thing is the daily cleaning, maintenance and replacement of parts. Each component is physically and mentally healthy. Of course, your car engine will be full of driving force.
