How to disassemble the track of small excavator?

The tracks of small excavators are mostly connected by interference fit pins. To facilitate assembly, each track will be equipped with removable pins. When disassembling, first turn the track shoe corresponding to the removable pin to the position convenient for disassembly. Then put the grease of the track tensioning device, and then punch out the removable pin. At this time, the track will be disconnected naturally, and the track can be leveled by allowing the small excavator to walk.

What should be checked?
